I have dealt with the administration of the Lion’s Castle hotel for a while, first making the booking of a room and then, unfortunately, making the cancellation due to the illness in my family. The Lion’s Castle was the only hotel in Lviv who answered to my inquiries about possible accommodations promptly, efficiently and businesslike (and in good English). The further correspondence was just as pleasurable and I was really impressed with their service which was at least on a par with other European hotels I have contacted planning my trip to Europe. Obviously, I cannot say anything about the hotel itself, but my impression how have they handled our correspondence was very positive. Having any other chance to travel to Lviv, this hotel will definitely be my first choice.

Досить пристойний готель, сервіс на тверду 4, в кімнатах чисто і охайно, плюс розсташований в досить спокійному районі. Якщо ви бажаєте позбутися місцевого шуму, чи влаштувати романтичний вечір вам однозначно сюди!
